USING CIS DEPARTMENT LAB PRINTERS ~~~

To Attach to the laser printers in the Room 104 or 108 Lab:

NOTE: Please be reasonable in using department printers.  Neither paper nor printer toner is free.
Above all – please do not try to print .exe files.

The printer for these labs is in Room 106, the small room between 104 and 108)   Linux Name: eps1

  1. Click on Start
  2. Click on Printers
  3. Double-Click on Add Printer
  4. Click on Network Printer
  5. Click on Next
  6. Double-Click on MicroSoft Windows Network
  7. Double-Click on Nebula
  8. Double-Click on Lunytuns
  9. Double-Click on Laser_01
  10. Click on Finish

To Attach to the laser printers in the Room 200 Lab:

Linux Name: eps2

  1. Click on Start
  2. Click on Printers
  3. Double-Click on Add Printer
  4. Click on Network Printer
  5. Click on Next
  6. Double-Click on MicroSoft Windows Network
  7. Double-Click on Nova
  8. Double-Click on Springfield
  9. Double-Click on Laser_02
  10. Click on Finish

The same instructions apply for the printer in Room 209.     Linux Name eps209       Windows Name: Laser_209
